Zhen Ding Tech. Group(4958.TW，referred to as ‘Zhen Ding’), which is regarded as the world's Top 1 PCB manufacturer, announced its latest Southeast Asian investment plan on Wednesday.

The company is planning to acquire 40 hectares of land in the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province of Thailand for a new production base construction, with a planned investment of $250 million and an expected trial production in the first half of 2025.

The new production base in Thailand will primarily produce Rigid PCBs for automobiles and servers to meet customer demand and further improve the group's global layout strategy.

"We will adhere to a 'Two Sides, Global-Facing, and High-Level Development' strategy, continue to maintain the primary production base in mainland China, and continue advancing towards the target of exceeding 10% global market share by 2030", said Shen Qingfang, the Chairman of Zhen Ding.

Over the last two years, numerous PCB companies have announced their intentions to establish factories in Southeast Asia in 2023.
