June 5,(PCB UNION)——Zhen Ding Tech.Holding signed a land-use contract with the Irrigation Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, and acquired 2,385 ping(approximately7,881㎡) of land with a land-use right of 70 years. It plans to invest NT$ 5 billion(approximately $162.8 million) to build a 14,000 ping(approximately 46,284㎡) headquarters building on the land, with the design and construction estimated to be completed by 2029 at the earliest.

PCB is the largest manufacturing industry in Taoyuan, accounting for 28.8% of global PCB output value and 83.5% of Taiwan's output value, making Taoyuan the birthplace of PCB, with the average age of a PCB plant in Taoyuan being 30 years.However, Zhen Ding has been expanding its production capacity in mainland China due to the unavailability of suitable land in Taiwan.

Shen Qingfang, the chairman of Zhen Ding said:" The establishment of the Taiwanese headquarters will enable easier employee travel to and from major production bases, improve communication between the group's plants, increase investment in various plant areas in Taiwan, and encourage related supply chain manufacturers to cluster together for greater efficiency".
