On April 6th, the People's Court of Longnan City in Jiangxi Province, China, issued a public notice statement and had accepted the application for bankruptcy liquidation of Jiangxi XinhuaSheng Electronics Circuit Technology Co., Ltd., which is a PCB manufacturer established in October 2017 with the main clients include Huawei Technologies, Haier, Lenovo, and others.

The court stated that the creditors of Jiangxi XinhuaSheng Electronic Circuit Technology should file their claims in writing with the administrator of the company before May 9, 2023 and the debtor or property holder of the company should fulfill their debts or deliver the property.
