A leading global provider of technology solutions including mission systems, RF components, microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs), TTM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTMI), recently announced a leadership transition effective July 1, 2025.

James P. Walsh ("Jim") will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), succeeding Philip Titterton ("Phil"), the company's current COO. Titterton will transition into an advisory role, supporting TTM with special operations projects.

Reflecting on the change, TTM CEO Tom Edman praised Titterton's contributions:

Walsh, currently TTM's Senior Vice President of Operations (North America) & Global EHSS&S (Environmental, Health & Safety, Security, and Sustainability), brings over 25 years of operational leadership experience. Since joining TTM in 2019, he has taken on progressively broader responsibilities. Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
