Taiwan PCB Techvest Co., Ltd. (referred to as TPT, 8213.TW), a leading PCB manufacturer, has announced plans for its subsidiary, Chi Chau Printed Circuit Board (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., located in the southern province of Hai Duong, Vietnam, to construct a new plant through a land lease agreement.
This new plant is expected to cost approximately 432.4 billion and it represents TPT's latest investment outside of its existing production sites in Taoyuan, Taiwan, as well as in the Chinese cities of Zhongshan in Guangdong province, Wuxi in Jiangsu province, and Suining in Sichuan province.
In addition to this investment, TPT has also announced that it will be selling a batch of equipment to its Vietnamese subsidiary for approximately NTD 337 million.
