Technoprobe(TPRO.MI) announced Tuesday it has finalized its acquisition of printed circuit board maker Harbor Electronics(acquired in 2015 by Fastprint Circuit) from Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Tech(SZ.02436) for $50 million.

The purchase, paid in cash, aims to strengthen Technoprobe's technological skills in the testing field, as well as integrate its production process through the in-house creation of advanced printed circuits for its probe cards and final test boards.
