On December 5, the "National Science and Technology Council", a department in Taiwan, China, China, released a list of 22 core key technologies, covering military, agricultural, semiconductor, space, network security and other fields, including chip manufacturing technologies for 14nm and below processes, as well as key gas, chemicals and equipment technologies, and advanced packaging.

Taiwan, China, China, said that in the future, key technical secret related personnel who have reached a certain benchmark funded by local administrative departments need to apply for permission to travel to Chinese Mainland; Set a certain benchmark as the core key technology research and development with funding exceeding 50%.

By amending the legal provisions, the local legislature clearly stipulates that "no one can steal core key technologies for foreign countries, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and foreign hostile forces". Violators can be sentenced to a maximum of 12 years of imprisonment, and fines can be doubled as illegal gains.

The list of 22 core key technologies announced on the same day was previously submitted to the Taiwan, China administrative department after collecting opinions and discussions from all parties. It was officially announced and took effect on December 5, and sent to the local legislature for future reference.
