The company makes an initial public offering (IPO) of 18,421,053 shares, resulting in a total share capital of 73,684,211 shares. The issue price for each share is 40.83 yuan, and the price-earnings ratio is 60.69 times. The IPO aims to raise a total of 752.1316 million yuan.
Upon its debut, Convert's opening price is 80 yuan, representing a significant increase of 101.078%, and the turnover is 740,000 shares.
