1. Administrative Section Chief

Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily administrative tasks and personnel management

● Establish administrative document systems

Requirements:

● No nationality or gender restrictions

● Proficiency in Chinese and Thai is preferred

● University degree

● Age: 30-45

● Over 5 years of administrative and safety management experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role

● Familiarity with Thai labor, safety, and environmental regulations

2.Customer Service Section Chief (Chinese-English)

Responsibilities:

● Handle customer complaints

● Accompany customers during audits

● Confirm the effectiveness of customer complaint solutions

● Manage routine administrative tasks

Requirements:

● Experience in the PCB industry with strong customer complaint handling and management skills

● Outgoing personality, able to travel frequently and work flexible hours

● Proficiency in both Chinese and English

3.Supplier Management Position (Chinese-Thai)

Responsibilities:

● Manage communication with international suppliers

● Conduct monthly and annual supplier evaluations

● Track and resolve supplier quality issues

Requirements:

● Fluent in Chinese and Thai

● University degree or higher

● Knowledge of quality assurance, including document management, deviation management, validation management, and on-site QA

4.Bilingual Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

● Handle customer complaints

● Accompany customers during audits

● Confirm the effectiveness of customer complaint solutions

Requirements:

● PCB industry experience with strong customer complaint handling skills

● Outgoing personality, able to travel frequently and work flexible hours

● Proficiency in Chinese-English, Chinese-Thai, or English-Thai

5.HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

● Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

● Manage employee records and maintain HR system accuracy

● Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

● Participate in employee training and development programs

● Address employee relations issues and provide solutions

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in Chinese and Thai

● Preferably 1-3 years of HR experience

● Familiarity with labor laws and excellent communication skills

● Team player with the ability to handle work pressure

● Proficient in using office software and HR management systems

6.Customs Specialist

Responsibilities:

● Assist with customs procedures for import and export goods, ensuring compliance with regulations

● Track and update the progress of customs clearance, resolving issues and exceptions promptly

● Communicate and coordinate effectively with customs, shipping companies, and other relevant departments

● Familiarize and comply with international trade regulations and customs policies to ensure operational compliance

Requirements:

● Experience in customs or international trade, familiar with customs clearance processes

● Proficient in relevant computer and office software, such as customs systems and office automation software

● Fluent in Chinese and Thai

7.Quality Control Position (Experienced in PCB Industry)

Responsibilities:

● IQC: Incoming material inspection

● IPQC: In-process quality control

● PQA: Process quality assurance

● Chemical Lab: Slice analysis, reliability testing, chemical analysis

● MRB: Material review board scrap processing

● OQA: Engineering measurements, shipment reports

Requirements:

● Relevant technical education or industrial training background

● Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and equipment operation, with over 2 years of experience

● Ability to adapt to shift work and prolonged standing

8.Production Operator (Experienced in PCB Industry)

Responsibilities:

● Operate production equipment and machines, performing PCB manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes

● Inspect and test finished PCB products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements

● Maintain and clean production equipment, ensuring its normal operation

● Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control personnel to address production issues and anomalies

Requirements:

● Relevant technical education or industrial training background

● Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and equipment operation, with over 2 years of experience

● Ability to adapt to shift work and prolonged standing
