A leading provider in the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing industry, Summit Interconnect, has announced Michael Lopez as the new Vice President and General Manager of its Anaheim facility. Lopez brings over 25 years of extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and process optimization, spanning both military and civilian sectors.
Michael Lopez's career includes notable leadership roles at companies such as L3Harris, Amazon, and Aramark Facilities Management. At Aramark, he implemented lean methodologies to streamline operations, while at L3Harris, he led global teams to enhance supply chain efficiency. During his tenure at Amazon, he excelled in managing high-volume operations and further strengthened his leadership capabilities.
In addition to corporate roles, Lopez founded and led Integrated Consulting Services (ICS), a company focused on assisting military families with home repairs. His entrepreneurial success reflects his commitment to operational excellence and community service. Since 2006, Lopez has also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where he currently holds the rank of Chief Petty Officer, Senior Enlisted Leader.
Lopez's diverse expertise spans production management, lean processes, employee relations, and compliance. As General Manager, he will oversee daily operations, spearhead strategic initiatives, and foster innovation at the Anaheim facility. His leadership is expected to strengthen Summit's industry position and support its growth trajectory.
