April 2, 2023 (PCB UNION)——Sichuan Shenbei Circuit Technology,a Chinese PCB manufacturer,announced it intends to recruit investors through prepackaged reorganization.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, the PCB industry in China has been faced the dilemma of insufficient domestic market demand and plummeting foreign trade orders.

Sichuan Shenbei Circuit Technology is facing serious difficulties in operation. And according to the financial situation, the company not only has a high amount of liabilities, but also has assets that is hard-to-liquidate including land use rights,plant and fixed equipment, etc.It's assets are not sufficient to cover its debts.

In order to maximize the value of assets,improve the repayment rate of creditor's rights and protect the legitimate rights of all creditors,Sichuan Shenbei Circuit Technology plans to recruit investors through prepackaged reorganization  to bring the business back to life .
