Our process capability, the smallest size that can mount electronic components is 0201. The placement accuracy of our chips can reach plus or minus 0.05mm, which means that we can mount all packaged chips, such as SOP, SOJ, TSOP, TTSOP, QFP, BGA, U-BGA, etc. Soartek provides customers with diversified ODM/EMS manufacturing services in a high-quality, efficient and fast manner.
