On December 15, 2023,Shengyi Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. signed a land purchase agreement with JCK International Corporation to acquire industrial land within the TFD Industrial Park in Nakhon Nayok Province, Thailand, with an investment of approximately 434,664,500 Thai Baht (about 89 million RMB) for an area of approximately 51 rai (equivalent to 122 acres, at a rate of 8,500,000 Thai Baht per rai). The plan is to commence trial production in the second half of 2025. Shengyi Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 700 million Thai Baht.

Business Scope: Manufacturing and assembly of new electronic components (new electromechanical components: multilayer printed circuit boards) and related materials, parts research and design, retail and wholesale, import and export.
