During the IPC Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony at IPC APEX EXPO 2025, IPC presented its highest corporate honors to Shennan Circuits Co., Ltd. (SHE: 002916; SCC) and Foxconn. SCC received the Peter Sarmanian Corporate Recognition Award, while Foxconn was awarded the Stan Plzak Corporate Recognition Award — both recognizing their significant contributions to the electronics industry and IPC's global initiatives.

The Peter Sarmanian Corporate Recognition Award honors PCB companies that demonstrate leadership in the industry while actively supporting IPC's technical and management programs.

SCC, headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, is a leading player in China's packaging substrate and electronic assembly manufacturing sectors. Since 2008, SCC has been deeply involved in IPC's standards development and certification training. The company integrates IPC standards into its employee training, enhancing technical expertise and improving quality management systems. SCC also participates in IPC CEMAC, an annual event fostering global collaboration in electronics manufacturing.

The Stan Plzak Corporate Recognition Award acknowledges outstanding IPC-member companies in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) sector that actively support industry advancement and IPC programs.

Founded in Taiwan in 1974, Foxconn is the world's largest EMS provider. An IPC member since 2009, Foxconn has played a key role in IPC standards development, talent cultivation, and sustainability efforts. The company spearheaded the creation of IPC-1401 and IPC-1402 sustainability standards and contributed to the global implementation of IPC-CFX, a smart manufacturing standard. Foxconn also invests heavily in workforce development, providing IPC-certified training to upskill its professionals.
