On April 24th, Sanfu New Material Technology(SHG: 688359) announced it plans to acquire 40.08% equity of Jiangxi Boquanfor no more than CNY 100 million, in order to expand its range of PCB electronic chemical products.

Currently holding 10.9212% equity of Jiangxi Boquan, Sanfu aims to enrich its product range in the electronic chemical sector and further expand its range of PCB electronic chemical products.

Furthermore, according to Sanfu's announcement, the company achieved operating revenue of CNY 365 million in 2022,down by 2.94% YoY, and a net loss of CNY 32.24 million. In addition, The company also experienced a net loss of CNY 12.25 million in the first quarter of 2023.
