on April 27,Tianjin Printronics Circuit ("TPC",stock code:002134.SZ) announced it plans to purchase a 20% stake in Techigh circuit from TCL Technology through a cash payment and it will also contribute an additional registered capital of CNY 569.38776 million to Techigh circuit.

Following completion of the transaction, TPC will hold a controlling stake of 51% in Techigh circuit, making it a subsidiary of Tianjin Prin.
