Manu-Tec, LLC was founded in 1985 by Richard Zboril. After a long career in electronics with the likes of Motorola and Tellabs, Mr. Zboril left to found Manu-Tec. His 45 years of experience developed the standards applied to Manu-Tec’s every operation. We follow Mr. Zboril’s core principle that “mediocrity in the field of electronics is unacceptable”. Mr. Zboril retired in 2012, but this legacy lives on and is woven into the fabric of our existence. Our resolve to this philosophy enables us to assure consistent, reliable assembly of world-class quality products.

Manu-Tec prides itself on a world-class staff of experienced professionals with deep roots in electronics. Our team has an average tenure with Manu-Tec that exceeds 16 years. Our Vice President of Engineering, Randall Flones, leads the Manu-Tec operations team with over 27 years of experience.
