Lincstech traces its origins back to 1964, when Hitachi Chemical launched its printed circuit board (PCB) business at the Shimodate Plant. In 2020, the business was consolidated into a subsidiary of Showa Denko, and the following year it was acquired by Polaris Capital Group, subsequently operating under the name Lincstech Co., Ltd.
In 2022, Lincstech relocated its headquarters to Tokyo. Currently, the company employs over 1,600 people and reported revenue of RMB 2.18 billion for the first three quarters of 2024. It operates production facilities in Shimodate and Ishioka, Japan, as well as in Singapore.
