Taiwan-based copper-clad laminate (CCL) manufacturer ITEQ Corp (6213.TW) supplies CCL materials for NVIDIA’s new GB200 server peripheral PCIe boards. The company recently confirmed that its M7 series materials are now in sample testing for NVIDIA’s upcoming Blackwell accelerator mainboards, with mass production anticipated for the second half of next year.
ITEQ also reported significant progress with its halogen-free, high-speed M7 material, IT-988GL, designed to support PCIe Gen 6 server platforms. This material has passed certification from multiple ODMs and PCB manufacturers, underscoring its compatibility with the PCIe Gen 6 platform. In the AI server space, ITEQ's M6, M7, and M8 high-speed materials have seen increasing demand, being widely adopted by several AI GPU and ASIC accelerator card providers.
With data switch designs moving toward speeds of 800G and 1.6T, ITEQ’s ultra-low latency M9 material, the IT-999GSE series, is undergoing customer trials with several end-users and PCB firms. To support this growth, ITEQ announced that its new manufacturing facility in Thailand is on track to begin trial production in the first half of 2025.
