Ever since when we started mass production of folder type FPCB for the first time in Korea in 1999, Interflex has continued to meet the market demand and customer expectation by taking the lead in development of high-specification of RPCB products such as Rigid FPCB, Build-up FPCB etc.

Also, by constructing global production hubs in Korea, China (Tainjin), Vietnam (Hanoi) etc. in order to respond to the needs of global customers, Interflex is building our own customer-oriented global network alongside its globally competitive production capacity.
