Intekplus announced on the August 20th that it will supply its flip-chip ball grid array (FC-BGA) PCB inspection equipment, the 'ISIS-NTV,' to a world-renowned foundry company based in Taiwan.

The company with which Intekplus has signed the supply contract holds a 60% market share in the global foundry market and serves over 530 clients. Since 2023, Intekplus and this company have maintained a continuous partnership, culminating in the recent supply agreement. This marks Intekplus's first direct equipment delivery to the company. Through this supply deal, Intekplus has not only entered the global integrated device manufacturer (IDM) market but also secured a place in the supply chain of a leading foundry company. Intekplus expects that, once registered in the Taiwanese foundry company's supply chain management (SCM) system, opportunities to supply additional equipment will significantly increase.
