A global distributor of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and custom-made electromechanical parts, ICAPE Group (ISIN code: FR001400A3Q3 - Ticker: ALICA), has announced its financial performance for the first nine months of 2024, as well as its participation in the 2024 Electronica trade show.
For the nine months ending September 30, ICAPE reported a revenue of €129 million, a decrease of 5.3% compared to the same period in 2023. However, third-quarter revenue rose slightly by 1.8% year-over-year to €42.4 million, reflecting a gradual improvement in market conditions. CEO Yann Duigou attributed the resilience to ICAPE’s strong fundamentals, especially as it pursues an active acquisition strategy. The recent acquisition of NTW, a major player in the Asian market, is expected to contribute to sustainable growth.

Looking forward, ICAPE reaffirmed its commercial and financial objectives, including an average annual organic growth rate of 10% from 2023 to 2026 and an EBIT margin goal of 9.5% by 2026. The Group anticipates reaching medium-term sales of approximately €500 million.
In tandem with its financial update, ICAPE announced the launch of ICAPE Shop, its new online purchasing platform, which will be showcased at Electronica 2024 in Munich from November 12 to 15. Developed over two years, ICAPE Shop offers rapid quotations within five minutes and prototype deliveries within two days, ensuring fast, secure transactions supported by data encryption and anti-fraud measures. In 2023, ICAPE delivered 3.5 million PCBs to 70 countries, leveraging its online platform.
Expressing confidence in the platform’s potential, Duigou stated, “We are proud to present the new generation of the ICAPE Shop at Electronica. This innovation, accessible 24/7 and supported by our global team, reinforces ICAPE’s position as a digital leader in the electronics industry, meeting the evolving needs of our customers worldwide.”
With these developments, ICAPE continues to solidify its global footprint, positioning itself to capture growth and expand market share in the PCB sector.
