About Gold Circuit Electronics
Gold Circuit Electronics, established in 1981 and headquartered in Taiwan, is the world's largest manufacturer of server boards, with service locations in the United States, Europe, Mainland China, and Korea. Its plants in Taiwan and Suzhou focus on manufacturing "mid-to-high-end switcher boards" and server boards, while its Changshu plants focus on mid-to-low-end server boards and NB boards.
During its early years, Gold Circuit Electronics primarily produced NB boards, optoelectronic boards, and networking boards. However, in recent years, the company has taken active measures to modify its product line by increasing the proportion of high-margin server boards and networking boards, while decreasing the proportion of low-margin NB boards.
According to Gold Circuit Electronics' financial reports, the company had a total revenue of NT$32.785 billion in 2022. Server boards accounted for approximately 50% of the revenue, cloud networking products accounted for approximately 20%, NB accounted for approximately 20%, and other products accounted for approximately 10%.
Furthermore, in Q1 2023, Gold Circuit Electronics had a revenue of NT$6.312 billion, a 25.56% QoQ and 12.82% YoY decrease."
