Announced on December 18, 2023, ECS acquired industrial land in the Asia Industrial Estate, Bangbo District, in the northern province of Thailand, for approximately 475 million baht (about 97 million RMB). The land area is approximately 53 Rai 2 Ngan 16.3 Sq. Wah (equivalent to 85,665.2 square meters), with a cost of 5555 baht per square meter.

It is expected to commence the civil engineering project in 2024, and it will be operational as early as the first half of 2025. Elitegroup Computer Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd will focus on the production of high-frequency, high-speed circuit boards, and multilayer circuit boards."
