On June 26, Dynamic,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dynamic Holding(3715.TW), resolved to invest in Dynamic Technology Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.(referred to as Dynamic Thailand)for the purchase of land required for expansion. The land is located in the 304 Industrial IP 7 Project section of Pathum Thani Province, Thailand, with an maximum of 170 Rai (approximately 272,000 square meters), at a price not exceeding THB 510 million.

Additionally,Dynamic will also allocate approximately USD 3.1 million as additional investment in Dynamic Thailand to support its operational development needs.

"Dynamic Holding" which was originally Dynamic Electronics Co., Ltd., a professional printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing service provider.
