Daishin Securities on the 18th forecasted that BH Co., Ltd.(090460.KOSPI) would show favorable mid-to-long-term performance due to the expansion of rigid PCB (Printed Circuit Board) sales. 

BH's consolidated sales and operating profit for the second quarter of this year are projected to exceed market expectations, with sales of 416.7 billion KRW (approximately 2.2 billion RMB ) and operating profit of 23.1 billion KRW (approximately 121 million RMB), up 36.5% and 137.6% year-over-year, respectively.

Kang-ho Park, a researcher at Daishin Securities, stated, "The addition of R/F (rigid-flex) PCBs for iPhone 15 and the preliminary production for iPhone 16 are expected to lead to positive results," adding, "The demand for replacements due to AI (artificial intelligence) services suggests the possibility of upward performance adjustments." He further explained, "The increased sales proportion of Pro models is also a positive factor."

This year's consolidated sales and operating profit are expected to increase by 14.6% and 49.8%, respectively, year-over-year, reaching 1.83 trillion KRW (approximately 96.1 billion RMB) and 120.8 billion KRW (approximately 634 million RMB). It is analyzed that the newly reflected rigid PCB sales this year will drive the performance.

Park noted, "New rigid PCB sales of 47.3 billion KRW (approximately 248 million RMB) will be reflected this year, which is estimated to increase to 143.8 billion KRW (approximately 455 million RMB) next year," adding, "As the displays of tablet PCs and laptops transition to OLED, rigid PCB sales are expected to expand." He continued, "The turnaround of in-vehicle wireless chargers will lead to a substantial reflection of profits."
