On July 6th, Delton Technology (referred to as Delton or the Company) ,a Chinese PCB manufacturer, passed the review of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Committee. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange stated that Delton meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements.
The Company plans to publicly issue no more than 100 million RMB ordinary shares (the specific amount of funds raised will be determined based on market conditions and inquiry), and the funds raised this time will be mainly used to supplement working capital, repay bank loans, and invest in the Delton(Huangshi) Multi-layer Precision PCB Project (Phase II of Phase I). The total investment of the project is RMB 668.1052 million, and after the project reaches production, it will add an annual production capacity of 1000000㎡ of multi-layer precision PCBs.
