Laying out a Printed Circuit Board is a critical part of any design and involves accounting for many factors that will not have been a concern during the breadboard and early prototype stages. It is important that the final layout of a PCB both accurately reflects the requirements defined by the schematic, but also accounts for the physical restrictions of the components one intends to use and the requirements of the processes used during manufacture. Here at Davlec Ltd we have encountered many of the problems that can crop up when small errors or invalid assumptions are made during the layout process and the remedial actions needed to rectify them. When PCB CAD files are submitted to us, we do our utmost to ensure no obvious or common areas of interest have been overlooked and the files are truly complete and ready for production.
Our engineer is more than happy to either advise on this process or carry out this work for you starting from your schematics or design requirements.
