Centre Testing International Group (CTI), a leading player in China's testing and certification industry, has announced the successful acquisition of 100% equity in Hong Kong-based Dahua Asia Pacific Limited, securing a 51% stake in Microtek (Changzhou) Product Services Co., Ltd. (Microtek). This strategic acquisition further extends CTI's network and capabilities in the PCB testing sector, bolstering its position as a competitive global player.

Founded in 2003, Microtek is a prominent third-party testing provider for the global electronic materials and PCB industry. With over 2,500 international clients, its 3,000-square-meter laboratory houses more than 500 advanced testing instruments. Microtek specializes in compliance verification for PCBs, PCBA, CCL, and plastics, catering to industries including automotive, telecommunications, aerospace, and electronics manufacturing.
