1. Terms of cooperation

Party A must provide a copy of the business license (three in one), a copy of the qualification certificate, an account opening permit, and an original copy of the work safety permit for Party B's bidding. At the same time, Party B shall be provided with one administrative seal of the office, one financial seal of the office, and one private seal of the person in charge of the office, and shall establish an independent account (co managed) of the office to ensure that the bid security remitted by Party B to Party A's basic account is remitted to the designated account of the bid inviting owner in a timely manner. 

The bid security refunded by the owner shall be returned to Party B's original remittance account in a timely manner. 3. Party A shall provide Party B with relevant certificates and materials required for tax payment in different places.

The project funds allocated by the construction unit each time must first be remitted to the bank account jointly managed by both parties. After deduction of various taxes and fees, Party A authorizes the transfer to the special account of Party B (set by Party B). Party A shall not embezzle or misappropriate them Study, examination, registration and other work [Party B shall bear the necessary expenses
