On June 13th, Kunshan Dongwei Technology's (Ticker:KUDO)Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) were officially listed and traded on the Swiss Stock Exchange. The total issue size of the GDRs was 5,888,000, with an issue price of USD 17.80 per GDR, raising approximately USD 105 million. The number of newly issued A shares was 11,776,000, accounting for 5.13% of the total share capital.

The GDR issue is an important step towards Dongwei Technology's international development. The successful issuance of GDRs will help the company to continuously strengthen its competitive advantages and steadily advance its business development and expansion in global markets, particularly in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Of the funds raised, 50% will be used for the construction of new energy equipment production bases, 20% for expanding overseas sales markets, 10% for research and development investment, and 20% for supplementing working capital. Liu Jianbo, Chairman of Dongwei Technology, stated that the company will establish sales points overseas and is not ruling out the possibility of setting up factories abroad. Additionally, the company will consolidate its previously dispersed research and development efforts into a newly established research institute.
