Shuocheng Group proudly celebrated the grand inauguration of their intelligent chemical factory for PCB electronic materials in Guangdong, China on December 2nd. This remarkable new facility is set to become the first of its kind in China, revolutionizing the production of PCB electronic chemicals.
Shuocheng Group has been dedicated to deep innovation in the field of electronic materials and has made significant advancements in specialty protective films and electronic chemicals. They strive to be a leading supplier of electronic materials and process solutions in the industry, serving renowned domestic and international customers such as BYD, Foxconn, APCB Group, and other well-known enterprises at home and abroad.
The newly commissioned intelligent chemical factory is an expansion of the existing production capacity of the group, with an annual production capacity of 78,000 tons of electronic chemicals. The products are manufactured using the group's proprietary core formulas and automated mixing equipment.
The project has a total planned investment of 48 million RMB (approximately 6.79 million USD), covering an area of 4,792 square meters, with a building area of approximately 8,834.36 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.67. The factory is equipped with automated production, control, and warehousing systems. Once completed, it will effectively improve the existing production capacity constraints in the current plant area and establish a leading automated production base for electronic chemicals in China, laying a solid foundation for achieving a production value of 1 billion RMB (approximately 141.4 million USD) in the next 3 to 5 years.
Zeng Qingming, Chairman of Shuocheng Group, stated that the entire intelligent factory adopts a fully automated production process. From order placement through ERP to MES system in the workshop, production batches are synchronized and sent to reaction vessels. Steam, pure water, compressed air, and precision pumps are group-controlled through the scheduling PCS system. Once configured, MES automatically schedules the filling machine for automated filling, coding, and film wrapping. Finally, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) are dispatched to the warehouse by MES for unmanned transportation of goods. Finished products are automatically stored, retrieved, and shipped. The standardized, automated, and intelligent production process ensures the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers, creating value for them.
