The construction of Thailand production base will be implemented in stages, with the aim of achieving a certain scale of mass production by 2025,and the main products are high-density multilayer boards (MLB) and high-density interconnect boards (HDI), with a focus on areas such as automotive electronics, computers, and network communication.
