Last year, China Eagle Electronic Technology announced its plan to invest in a new printed circuit board (PCB) production base in Thailand.  Recently, the company has made further progress in this plan.

①.In March of this year, China Eagle Electronic Technology completed the registration of its Thailand subsidiary QuanTech Circuit (THAILAND) CO., LTD.(referred to as QuanTech Circuit) and increased its registered capital from THB 5 million to THB 688 million.

②.QuanTech Circuit has obtained the "Certificate of Overseas Investment of Enterprise" issued by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, China,the "Notice of Overseas Investment Project Filing" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the approval notice from the Board of Investment (BOI) of Thailand.

③.QuanTech Circuit has signed a land sale agreement with Rojana Industrial Park Public Co., Ltd.in the amount of THB 246 million.
