Schmid-Abaco Korea has developed equipment capable of performing continuous dry cleaning, etching, and electrode deposition using plasma technology. The system enables precise fine-line patterning and hole processing on both PCBs and glass substrates, which are critical for high-performance semiconductors and AI-driven electronic devices.

The company has already supplied six research and development (R&D) units to clients in China, Taiwan, Europe, and the United States. Initial performance validation for mass production equipment has been completed, and Avaco is currently in discussions with global mobile and IT companies to supply its technology for further validation.

North American Collaboration and Global Expansion

Avaco is negotiating equipment orders for glass and PCB substrate manufacturing with North America's largest electronics manufacturers, aiming for mass production validation within the first quarter of 2025. With SCHMID Group’s successful Nasdaq listing, Avaco anticipates expanding its global market presence more rapidly.
