ASTRON Electronic GmbH is an EMS service provider founded in 1997 by employees and partners in the south of Carinthia/Austria and is still privately owned today. We have specialized in the assembly of prototypes, individual pieces up to tiny series (max. 100,000 components per production order). Our customers love us for the high-quality, perfect execution and short delivery times, which is why our assembly with flexible assembly machines is carried out with almost no restrictions on the size and technology of the circuit board, as well as the size and shape of the components. Soldering is carried out using a vapor phase soldering system with a vacuum module to reduce voids.

Certification of employees
As you can see on our homepage in the OUR TEAM section, we have set ourselves the goal of training all of our employees to become certified IPC specialists for IPC-A-610 and IPC 7711B/7721B. We have now also been able to supplement our team with certified IPC specialists from J-STD-001. The new or two-year recertification of all employees is carried out by in-house IPC trainers.
