April 23th,(PCB UNION)——APCB (6108-TW) has completed a THB 400 million capital increase in APCB (Thailand) to enhance its financial structure and improve competitiveness.

APCB (Thailand), which has been operating in Thailand for 13 years and has a monthly production capacity of one million square feet, mainly produces automotive boards, industrial control boards, power supply boards, and household appliance boards. The company has obtained certification from Tier 1 automotive electronics factories, but its current capacity utilization rate is only about 50%.

APCB INC. was established in August, 1981. It is a multi-layer PCB factory which is located in Taipei, Taiwan. The major PCB items are mostly produced for consumer electronic product application.

APCB currently operates factories in Shulin, Taiwan, Kunshan, China, and Bangkok, Thailand. The Chinese plant accounts for 55% of the production distribution among the three factories, while the Thailand and Taiwan plants account for 25% and 20%, respectively.
