On December 19, 2022, the Chinese PCB supplier——Aoshikang Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code：002913.SZ) announced that it will plan to have an investment of no more than CNY 1.2 billion for building a new production base in Thailand, which will effectively support the company's overseas market development in the future.

The announcement of the commercial investment for approximately 400 mu land located in Rojana Industrial Park in Thailand, includes the attempt for the registration of the new production base and the project of engineering construction in the future. The company outlines a preliminary two-stage plan to implement the workshop building of the Thailand base, either the production equipment investing, and a certain scale of mass production will be achieved in the second half of 2024.

The detail of this foreign investment is still under planning and the name of the new factory has not been determined, but the preliminary establishment of the Thai subsidiary will be finished in the first half of 2023.  The business of new factory mainly involves the design, manufacturing and service of printed circuit boards.

This investment in Thailand base is an important access to its overseas strategy, which could be helpful for expanding overseas markets, increasing overseas supply capability, effectively dealing with the fluctuations of the international economic environment, the risk of international trade frictions and different order needs of international customers. At the same time, regional advantages such as lower labor cost and preferential tax policy in Thailand can be utilized to reduce the company's production cost, improve the company's profitability and comprehensive competitive power, and provide a strong guarantee for the company's sustainable and healthy development.
