Aoshikang plans to increase capital in its Thai factory

On May 16th, Aoshikang Technology Co., Ltd.(002913.SZ), an A-share PCB company, announced its plan to invest 1.6 billion Thai Baht (or equivalent to RMB) (approximately $44.3 million) in its Thai factory, SUNDELL Technology Co., Ltd., using its own funds via its wholly-owned subsidiary, JIARUIAN PTE. LTD.

Located at the Phase 10, Lokgana Ayutthaya Park, Nong Na Song Town, Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province, the registered capital of SUNDELL Technology Co., Ltd., will increase to 3.2 billion Thai Baht (or equivalent to RMB) (approximately $88.7 million) upon the completion of this capital increase.

Additionally, according to industry insiders, SUNDELL Technology Co., Ltd. is planning to hold its opening ceremony in August of this year.
