The Printed Circuit Board Association of America (PCBAA) is proud to welcome All Flex Solutions to the team. The Flex Circuit Center of Excellence at All Flex Solutions was recently recertified to the AS9100 accreditation, recognizing its high standard in quality management system requirements. The AS9100 certification ensures that accredited manufacturers meet the unique standards required by the aerospace, aviation, and defense industries.

During the reaccreditation process, All Flex Solutions' foundational Quality Management System (QMS) was rigorously evaluated to confirm the presence of proper processes and responses to any situation within the organization’s plan. This plan is based on the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle:

● Plan: Demonstrates leadership commitment and detailed organizational workflow and planning.

● Do: Focuses on controlling and maintaining production schedules, accurately managing suppliers, and ensuring support for document control, training, calibration, and preventative maintenance.

● Check: Involves continuous management reviews to ensure internal standards and customer satisfaction are met, along with preparedness for internal audits.

● Act: Emphasizes continuous improvement and readiness to correct any process errors as they arise.

Additionally, AS9100 includes specific requirements necessary for the aviation, space, and defense industry’s supply chain regulations. These extra areas of focus encompass operational risk assessment, product safety, prevention of counterfeit parts, management of suppliers, and ethics training.

All Flex Solutions, Inc. has continued to meet the standard of AS9100 in their Flex Center of Excellence division. This certification scheme is conducted on a three-year certification audit cycle, with surveillance audits conducted annually and a full certification audit every third year.
