On April 28, 2023 ,Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) (“Advantest”) announced it has received all necessary regulatory approvals related to its previously announced acquisition of Shin Puu Technology Co., Ltd. and the acquisition is completed on April 28, 2023. Going forward, both companies will implement integrated business activities based on Advantest's corporate vision of “Adding Customer Value in an Evolving Semiconductor Value Chain”.
The impact of this acquisition on Advantest’s consolidated financial results for this fiscal year will not be material.
