The A3, v.o.s. Company was founded in 1993 to build up the regional business representation of a well-known computer wholesale company - the H&J Computers. The A3 partners made good use of their business contacts and experience when, in 1998, they were offered by one of the world’s largest distributors of information technology – Actebis Computer Germany - to take part in a five-man team that built up the Actebis´ Czech branch office. They were tasked to build up the sales and logistics divisions, to train staff, and to consult during set up of the information and book-keeping systems. The success of that work led to a contractual agreement between the new branch office and A3 v.o.s. for business cooperation covering the Czech Republic and Slovakia within next three years. After the end of this cooperation in 2001 the A3 has developed its own information technology wholesale focused on the consumables for printers. The business activities has expanded to the electronic production at the same time and the first agreement with the Printed Circuits Boards producer – the EISO company from Taiwan was signed.

Besides the business activities the company developed one of the first electronic vehicle-tracking system based on GPS in 1997. In 1998, the license to produce this equipment was sold to a manufacturing company.
