Ventec International Group, a leading global supplier of advanced copper-clad laminates and prepregs, has announced a strategic Fulfillment and Supply Agreement with Matrix, alongside the establishment of a new business unit—Ventec Americas.

​On June 5, STMicroelectronics CEO Jean-Marc Chery announced that the company expects around 5,000 employees to leave over the next three years as part of a cost-cutting initiative, including 2,800 job cuts revealed earlier this year.
